Cancellation Policy

Our venue holds limited space, and many of our days and events sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled date. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Vendor. You may email us at contact@redcedarfarmstn.com to request to cancel. Please note, we do not offer refunds on deposits. However, if you give us at least 30 days’ notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your deposit toward another date.  However, if you do not cancel with at least 30-day notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.  Any vendor who has cancelled more than twice on a booked reservation will not be allowed to book in the future and their deposits will be non-refundable and non-transferable toward future dates.
